Quickie check-in tonight, and I promise to be back on the blog train this week. The hubs and I have been on a whirlwind family holiday frenzy for a week. Fun times, but happy to settle in to regular life again! Today we visited the Bogati Bodega near my hometown of Round Hill, Virginia. The wine was lovely, the setting was cozy on a very brisk day, and the company of old friends was priceless. And an added bonus was that the winery had simple and modern wine bottle labels. I like that these very graphic labels that sets them apart from their sister winery, Veramar, and sets them apart from the old school labels of many many of Virginia’s other wineries.

Nothing says the ancient roots of wine making can’t be translated through nice, clean modern graphics. A new twist on an old tradition.
